Anyone got any experience with nu ver of Cubase...
They are posiitoning it as the nu ProTools plus video and DVD production..the intresting feature is the ability ot target for 5.1 surround sound processing....
I've got an evaluation (ahem..) package but really wondered where any other users have any advice etc....
maybe I should stick with Fruitloops...;)

I think it's a step up from SX... loads of stuff for post production work as well as midi-audio-automation etc of Cubase...
Thinks I'm gonna make a film as a project to try it out...I fancy doing something special with 5.1 sound...
DVDAudio is the next big format...looking forward to an emmersive experience from AE or AFX (I know they are gonna go for it in a BIG BIG way....and the quality is sooo smooth...96khz @ 24/32bit, I think...)...
