i think you can hire valves where you can put in your stuff in the airports or stations. but I'm not sure how big they are.

the lockers at the airport are not safe enough, at least that was the estimate that charleroi airport staff made when i contacted them.

Do you not have self storage companies there? In the UK they are quite common. Basically you are given a key to a lockup/safe deposit box to store things in. I've not used one, but I get the impression it's longer term than 5 days. Your best bet might be befriending someone nearby and leaving your luggage with them.

A Rent-A-Wreck van? Not exactly burglary-proof, but that depends whether car break-ins are a problem or not. If the festival has a parking ground you could leave it there.

There's probably localish on the board that will have a friend there who would be willing to help.
As to Sclah's suggestion, it's not actually that bad. Van hire is cheaper than you'd imagine (near me it's the same as a small car) and could provide you with transport to/from the festival too.

One other idea, how about sending your other luggage (well packed of course) to your new home via the postal service/as freight? It'd free you from the aggro of having to collect it after the festival/carry it for the rest of the journey too.

I don't really know how much it costs to rent a van, but there are several companies that offers used cars for a cheaper price than the regular rental companies. I can imagine temporary storage gets more expensive the shorter the time period is.

In my experience, lockers in airports have been done away with due to bomb threats, so the left luggage lock ups are a lot more secure now. Looks for luggage storage facilities at nearby airports and tran stations, see if any of them are not just lockers but actually manned lock ups, I doubt you will get more secure than that.
