FACK! I go to bed at like 5am, wake up at 9am that same
morning all stuffed up and wheezing, anyone have any quick
remedies that will seriously get me back to bed? I need to
be awake for tonight, so I need my sleep now. Argh!

of the winter.... spring-ish type time.... they can hit
hard, especially in the winter. Fucking hell its shitty! All
I want to do is sleep right now, but thats not possible

I'm allergic to any form of work or physical activity
(except sex of course). I think I'm allergic to my fucking
cat, too! My eyes get itchy when that little feline bitch is
around!

try taking one of those anti-congestant thingies.. like
Allegra, or Claritin (i think)

Allegra works for me
i have bad allergies, or something, that makes me really
congested all the time
im always sneezing and have a runy nose, etc
allegra just seems to make it go away for a full day if u
take it in the morning, or all night if u take it before u
go to sleep
i use it on important days when i dont want to have to put
up with allergies (ie exams) or when i really need sleep
try it
(btw: its non-perscription)

I suffer from asthma and allergic rhinitus, but the only
thing that really makes me suffer is cats. It's worst when
I'm staying in a house that has them and I get the fur on my
clothes. My eyes stream and I can't breath. I once had to
run into the garden during dinner at my girlfriend's
grandfather's house. I couldn't excuse myself because I was
so short of breath.
