Carlos & Pedro, sexy friday spam!

Gripende, Carlos.

Playing the horn is hard.

The beginning reminds me of bits of Masafumi Takada and Jun
Fukuda's Killer 7 soundtrack. Very mellow and what it
develops in to halfway in is superb, almost BOCish.

Production wise that little synth that youre playing live
seems to suck a lot of the space out of the mix but apart
from that its really nice. Love the drums.

Thumbs up!

Thanks!

The halfway bit is the horn bit.. I always thought keeping
notes on horns would be easy, but it's not.. and your lips
go numb.

All the percussion is also played on the horn, btw.. with
the exception of the kick, of course.

Which synth? The one that comes in with the drums?

This is simply a beautiful track - wonderfully produced and
paced: great work, amigo.

I used to have trumpet lessons and it took me ages to get
the breathing right to play a nice sustained flowing piece,
after four minutes I was always knackered!

Yeah its the synth that comes in with the drums. It could be
my speakers though. Theyre shit and sound muggy at the best
of times.

Yeah, that synth can be a bit overpowering, yeah.. I'll look
into it, but the general rule of Carlos & Pedro tracks is
that we don't change stuff after we've exported it; we
always work under pressure, and when the one who's under
pressure has to leave, that's the end of the track.

Hahah, thanks!

stadium... Kjekt du likte den siste mixen min, forresten.
SÃ¥ komentaren din for et par dager siden. :D

Fortsett å blåse på horn! har prøvd det selv, helt uten
suksess...
