I think Stallone's a bit fat to sport that hairdo, the slow build up of the trailer was cool because at first you think to yourself what the hell's this shit then at the middle of the trailer the action kicks in hard!! But even so I think in the end this movie will be more like a caricature of Rambo like an anecdote than an actual sequel. |

The Rocky Balboa film was good because it developed the sequel with intelligence and was not OTT, but this looks like gratuitous violence for the sake of it. None of the sequels can touch First Blood, because it was a proper film, well directed, scripted and acted - by comparison Rambo 4 appears to be trailer trash for teenagers who haven't mentally developed yet. Those who saw First Blood when it first came out will be bored to death by this garbage. |
