I don't like the instruments for the first one, but the melodies are good, and could sound even more powerful with better sounds. Especially if you make it sounds that cooperate in creating timbre. Actually, the instruments seem to be the same for all of them. I'd stay off synth strings if I were you. It just doesn't interact with the other sounds in any way.. it sounds like it's just lying on top. |

Heh... I'm to fed up with that sahumamu-track to do anything more with it. It was mostly done when I only had 128 mb RAM, and it "ate" computer-power like it was no tommorow. But thanks for the tips. It's appreciated. Ah, heck, have another . :) |

What the hell do you think that Shark would be thinking, even if it somehow understood what you were on about it? Next time you make a track, make it for that Shark, not for some dweeb sitting at his computer in wet underpants, make it for The Shark. Allright, then, mr. Shark. My next track's all for you. I will call it The_Shark. And it will make all the sharks dance. But just in case there's some confusion between us - I haven't mentioned that the track isn't finished. If that was the case, I reckon I wasn't clear enough as to my intent. I mentioned it 'felt incomplete' (as in "I could polish it up"), and that "I'm to fed up with (it) to do anything more with (it)", but it is finished as it is. And it's all for fun, anyway. It's entertainment. And to retain some 'underground'-respectability, I don't spend hours by the computer fiddling with sounds just because I want to hear everyone's opinion of it. That's merely a, say, bonus. First of all, it's because of my own interest in the 'medium'. |

sahumamu- i guess pretty forgettable. imitates q ziq mostly loecl- I liked it better than the 1st. fast stuf + slow stufff. this imates a rdj album track owl- 1st part sounds like close encounters movie notes |
