Sorry, had to express my delight at this... excellent
achievement, and with a squad that includes Saha and Smith!

I am happy they beat Chelski to the honour...although, at
the same time, disappointed we never managed to produce much
of a challenge ourselves...oh well...I will just have to
make do with a Champions League final.

haha you sad little man :D
I'm glad no one haunts me like that :) I rarely get upset
with football for longer than an hour. Losing on penalties
against liverpool was hard to swallow but about an hour or
so after the game i was fine and quite happy again. it's
just a bit of fun, though fuck me football can do a lot to
our nerves!

As for the banter between managers, i quite like it. Some
teams (and indeed fans) take it a lot more seriously than
others though.

Well done United by the way! you got your guard of honor,
Kieran.

I was for liverpool in the CL after they beat Chelsa but
lately they are so up their own arse about it, as if they
had already won it! I wouldn't mind seing them win nothing
at all this year.

Nah! that's mean and fucking stupid of me.

i'll be a neutral. Hopefully will be a wicked game, and if
Gerrard is on form i feel Liverpool can do it. Kaka' might
think differently... :)

i dont mind recognizing chelsea is a superb team, the best
in europe probably

but mourinho is indeed an attention whore, and his arrogance
probably made chelsea not win all that they should have

I remember when chelsea won barça 4-2 in 2005... I was
really impressed by their fast play, their mortal attack and
their strengh

but apart from that:

hahahahahahahahaha mourinho

the thing is i don't think Mourinho see this season as a
failure. He's well proud of his team and the fact we can
still win an extra piece of silver next week is pretty nice
too. He's congratulated Man utd and has said there's little
time for excuses.

Anyway i see your point too, but i just can't help liking
the guy. You say he dishes out a lot of shit but he
certainly gets his fair share of hate, and some people just
jump on the bandwagon with little clues as to why.

He's cocky, arrogant and all that, but i love him! Chelsea
are only as good as you say since his arrival. Ignorants
don't even know he didn't 'come with Abramovic'. Also
Chelsea aren't even the richest club in england, let alone
europe, but stll you get a trillion nobs laughing at your
face coz some rich guy bought your club. What am i supposed
to do, change club because i don't want my club getting
bigger? Ultimately, had chelski not got all the recent
success they have had, no one would even bother criticizing
them..

Man utd will get a little more hate than they did this
season, it's very english.

im well happy that United won the title.
But there's no reason what so ever to be laughing at
mourinho, he's one of the greatest manager in the world, and
i just love the way he deals with the press. I respect the
man!!! You should do the same macnat!

I would have thought 'Potaldo' was more like a suited for

makes people fart.

I know mourinho, he was in barcelona several years too

he is a great coach, and probably a good person as all his
players love him

but he manipulates at his will

he complains about everything whenever he loses but he never
admitts he has been favoured by a referee mistake whenever
he wins thanks to it

we all do that really, but he does it *1000

also russeldust, I can understand your frustration, but you
must reckon that your team was built out of money, thats
what people dont like I guess

the fact that a rich man came and bought all he wanted
doesnt change the fact that your team hasnt got a big
history like liverpool, milan, ajax, madrid, bayern...

Oh but wasn't it touching at the end of the Arsenal game
when he saluted his players and urged the fans to as well,
despite their disappointment? There are some things money
can't buy,

for everything else, there's Mastercard, sponsors of Earth,

Ah i was waiting for the "you have no history" bit. Maybe
Nacho you should stop repeating what you hear or read
without checking it out. I dunno why Chelsea get stick for
supposedly having no history. Stamford Bridge and the club
have a long history of great players and managers.

Sure when we won the league a few years ago it hadn't been
done by us for 50 years or so. And so what? does this mean
you only have history when you win tons? We're catching up
then.

The club is over a hundred years old. I'm not quite sure
what it all means when people have a go at their 'history'.

I'm glad chelsea joined the big boys in the premiership.
Much more fun as a whole.

Btw nacmat, i've seen Jose admit a defeat or draw many
times. Probably because i follow the games and news not just
dished out by biased haters. Also i'm not frustrated by the
fact Abramovic came, far from it... i think you'll find it
frustrates certain fans of other teams and maybe the press,
but not Chelsea fans. :P

I don't want us to be Milan, ajax , bayern etc... what do
i care?? :)))) History is great, as is the present.

Maybe we should be docked points next year for having a
less glamourous history than Nottingham Forest.

Marlowe was probably being a bit cynical, but the fact
mourinho made the 'chin up!' gesture to the fans on sunday
was pretty cool i thought.

Nacmat, last question: Is Eto'o leaving?

the thing with really big teams is, it doesnt really matter
what players come or leave... they are always big all
through 100 years of history

etoo needs more barça than what barça needs etoo

but I prefer that he stays
I dont think he will leave, but you never know

I think Man utd were put off by the recent 40 miilion quid
price tag. Maybe the small chelski will get him, though
apparently moroniho (lol) said they won't be big changes
this time.

I was disappointed with the 'Jose Arrogantio' sketches
Harry and Paul did recently. not because the mock him, i
actually liek that ,it's one of the many reasons i like him.
I just thought it was a bit obvious and had been done
before. i like the songs that float about on youtube (from a
radio show in ireland)...
