Help: Do you know who remixed this song by Pink Floyd in the 80s? It was a famous mix in Italy and I suppose in Europe too.

Didn't Eric Prydz (of wanky filterhouse hit "Call on Me" fame) recently do a remix of Another Brick in The Wall?
The sap then spoke out against the new change to copyright law (that allows creative sampling) claiming it was unfair to the original artists, but in reality, I suspect he was just bitter at having forked out big bucks for his track days before the change came in.
As to the 80s remix. Sorry, no idea.

By the way, can you link me to a site which talks about the change in sampling laws? I haven't heard about it and there is nothing on the wikipedia page about it. If anything, sampling laws are even more strict from the looks of it.

The vocal always pissed me off. That chav piece of shit Erik Prydz is a total fucking cunt, and a complete embaressment to real musicians everywhere.
Hey! Prydz! Ripping off old records whilst adding some "heavy beats" and filtering the whole track down every 30 seconds is probably the worst thing to happen in music since the cheeky girls got a record deal. I'm truly amazed people buy this shit.

Well yeah, I think we can't say they suck though, because the group has sold over 200 million albums worldwide and had moderate success.

success doesn't imply talent.
that said, dark side of the moon is not only one of the best albums in rock history, but one of the most important.
i don't care much for the rest of their stuff, but i consider my adoration of that single album great enough to call myself a fan.

My daddy is a big fan as well, and if I try to tell him I dislike them he will probably tell me I understand nothing about music, or better yet, real music. I agree with you anyway, success doesn't imply talent yes.
