Hahaha, yeah, those fools, what were they doing with the Internet back then??? They didn't realise you could put up videos, share massive files and use torrents, they just wanted it to make stoopid pages with links on to other pages. Hmmmm...I don't think that's the point. It's more of a mockery of the grand pronouncements made by various neo-hippie silicon valley types back in the early days of the net. I remember thinking a lot of that whole fractals 'n' dildonics thing was silly even as a kid. The majority of people would have found this funny fifteen years ago anyway, without hindsight. |
