Imagine you're dj-ing in a warehouse or some other wicked location and you have to please the crowd with some of the fattest tracks ever.
you can choose only 3 and it has to be tracks that somehow remind you of a huge location or you think would sound even more hardcore than any cool track played extremely loud.
An example would be Prodigy's no good (start the dance), played in a building much like the one in the video, with strobes too of course.
2nd one i think would be absolutely killer on a grotesquely huge system is Autechre's second bad vibel. Imagine the pulsating of the speakers so immense that you'd have to keep a distance of at least 6 feet.
I also have fond memories of the chemical brothers' clip 'hey boy, hey girl' and everybody would have to wear skeleton costumes and get strobed to near blindness.
A dream of mine is to hear any or all of these some day in England at an absolutely stunning venue. Go.

Any Gamelan Jegog-tune will do.
In any case it would have to be deep, powerful, and enough force to make you (i.e. the listener) shut his mouth and become completely immersed.
The only music that's worthwile is the one that says, metaphorically, "I own you, you're under my control now, shut up, I will lead the way."

im stealing swear's choices, except replacing roman flugel (because i dont know him/it/her/them) with justice - waters of nazareth.
and considering this is such an awesome topic, im gonna throw another three out there:
daft punk - human after all (sebAstian remix) justice vs simian - we are your friends vitalic - la rock 01
what can i say? im a sucker for french house.
also, since i have a 550 watt system, i get to do this a lot anyway.

ok no offense guys but some of you are really missing the point.
Imagine being at the wickedest gig ever with an immense crowd and you get to pick 3 songs. I'm not talking about your top 3 of fav songs, but songs you know would make a fucking impact.
Obviously, tracks with little to no bass are not going to suffice but thats not the only point. They should be tracks that are suited for huge gigs and tracks you have always dreamt of hearing in a setting other than the one in your living/computer/bedroom.
Some explanation per track would also be cool. I'll definitely check some of these.

Freak is intense on a loud system. Dancing frantically to the stupidly long breakdown is coronary-inducing, too.
I'm already mentally compiling a list of anything I want to hear on a club system (properly DJing for the first time in ages next month) and so far it (rather selfishly) consists of some tracks of my own that I've been working on that I want to check work well when played "loud".
Ezkerraldean: Almost anything by Satie sounds shit when played loud. Even on a measly 6KW PA I had to turn it right down.

Probably doing a room 2 ambient space themed set at The Hunter Gatherer's Trophy Cabinet in Bath next month. On the back of that, I'll probably be one of the main room 1 acts doing a dark electronic/dubstep hybrid of DJing/playing live in a couple of months time (think Plastikman's Decks FX and a 909, but with dubstep rather than techno and you won't be far off).
I'm glad I waited till I could play stuff I wanted again before returning to DJing. I'd had enough of playing more popular stuff last time I stopped playing out. Now I'm back in south wales, I think I'll start looking at some of the alternative nights in Cardiff for a more regular slot. It's no Bristol, but it's definately better music wise than Barry.
