I used to work for an answering service and I talked to
countless Phlebotomists. They were a miserable group of
people.

For the most part, you will be drawing blood from people who
don't want their blood taken from them. People afraid of
needles [pain]. People who aren't always in control of their
actions.

Imagine trying to take blood from your grumpy old
grandmother or grandfather.
