Instead of discriminating between good or bad, a lot of people here blindly follow anything that is popular in the US. Hence we watch piss-poor television programs like Friends, Dawson's Creek and Ally McBeal; eat at McDonald's; shop at "the" Gap. It also makes me sick when people greet me with the word "Hey." I have made a point of kicking the offending person in the teeth when this happens. |
