So whenever i see clips of Chinese TV shows I can't help but notice in almost every show they always have that picture in picture frame that shows random people and their reactions to whats going on in the main frame. I don't know if their celebrities from there or what but I can't grasp why that's such a big part of TV over there. Any ideas? |

i can get CCTV9 and PCNE at home (chinese news channels). once on PCNE they did a random report from a donkey sanctuary in tintern, a tiny village just down the road from me. fucking weird. |
