I have only got a .swf file. No .fla file.

I want to loop the file so that it keeps on repeating, but
there's a stop function in the last frame (i made it
originally, but i lost the .fla)

Any ideas?

You could import the swf into flash and it'll just break it
all into individual frames and you could loop that. Or use
sothink flash decompiler to turn your swf back into a fla.
