Thanks very much Lee :) My melodies are usually short cos it takes so much out of me! I always try to steer a melody away from cliché and mundane: I'm always progressing though, so hopefully I can extend my melodies, in a classical sense. That probably sounds like bilge, but I think I know what I mean.
Anyway, this track is really flowing organically creatively, and I'm more excited about writing this than most any other track I've made for a long time.

Ooo, I like the longer version, but I also liked the detuned sounding bit in the first one.
In either case I want to see the TV series, movie or miniseries that this is a theme of.
See, I have this idea that it would be animated, and sort of a cross between Alice in Wonderland, Gormenghast, Wind in the Willows and Dr. Who, and I have this mental image of an old manor house with dark-panelled rooms but completely incongruous shiny Time Travel Spheres in one of the rooms. And a flying car. And talking animals in waistcoats.
