can someone recommend any classical music that contains a
fair amount of importance or use of percussive instruments,
particularly the Celesta, or tubular bells?

maybe a work that has a mild dysopian mood or nostalgic?

i remember hearing some work from a Boston Philharmonic
...set, which contained tubular bells, and it sounded very
christmas'ey, but not really a joyful, more of a nostalgic,
or dysopian mood, like the opening music to Eyes Wide Shut.
