Item #110083483658

If you don't win this then you're not dedicated.

That sounds about the size of the officially licensed US NES
collection, which is what he claims. Of course there's
probably more in Europe that didn't make it over here and a
fuckload more in Japan for the Famicom.

i'm sure who ever wins this is going to seal them away
behind some nice fancy glass and make sure all tha games are
in working condition by not ever playing them. the bastard.

you could burn the roms on one cd, along with some emulator
programs. the only thing you need to do is to usb those
original nes controllers. somehow.....or not

nevermind those damned controllers

Yes, that's sad. But that guy probably has the money so why
not?

I hope so, it's comforting to know that someone out there
will have an intact, fully operational set of NES cartridges
preserved. If we ever get hit by meteor we can easily round
them all up and put them in a protective bunker. The new
civilization must have NES games!

I bought like 8 'emergency' nes controllers once since I
figured most of my life would be spent playing it and I
didn't know how available controllers would be in the
future.

Double Dragon II is like the ultimate pick-up-and-play game.
I used to beat that every day. But sometimes I had a bad day
and would get a game over in that annoying level with the
disappearing platforms and gears and spikes and shit.

In a bizarre coeincidence, I was actually dreaming about a
load of NES stuff for sale last night. I ended up buying the
R.O.B. robot, but in black and slate grey. It looked
awesome.

dreamed about the Nes (well, remembered a dream about the
nes at least).
