this video that was meant to be funny in fact scared the hell out of me. i mean the police oficer - wihtout really bigger hesitation shot the man on the feet not even caring of running after him. the man is unarmed and maybe even mentally ill. one thing that i actually don't know is if that were normal bullets or plastic - the bang is quite loud. could anybody actually explain me how the law on guns in america work - when can it be used ? |

The comment was right. He should have used his boots of teleportation. Personally, if I were the cop I would have cast the 4th level Eternal Cage Of Hopelessness on his ass. Works like a charm. |
