Looks lovely.

What does tear gas feel like?

HAHA
It's quite horrible. Obviously it brings you to tears, but
in a massive way. Also nose starts expelin lots of crap. You
get blind, like putin' your eyes wide open in a bowl of
pepper. Your lungs also get damage. It becomes impossible to
breath properly, or to breath at all... So you end blind and
tearfull, expelin shit from every hole, runnin under a rain
of conclussion grenades, and just prayin' to catch a bit of
AIR...

After the first hour or so, you start gettin accostumed, and
it gets a little more suitable...

There where "support teams" in the back of the frontline
bringin' fresh water, some food, colirium, stones, medical
aid and cleanin' your face. So you just gone runin' out of
the gas with eyes closed and hands up shoutin' for help,
someone was there to take you, clean you, feed you, say
somthing nice to you, and there you go again!

It was a 5 long hours blockade!

How nice (of those helpers).

Sounds very chaotic.

What was the interaction between the police and you guys
like? Since that website says, "the end of the blockade was
decided by the demonstrators themself - without police
pressure", it makes me wonder - why were they firing tear
gas in the first place? Did they suddenly stop firing it
after a while?

Well, the demonstration went escorted by cops on all his way
to the convention, knowing we wouldn't get there.
After some kilometers, the cop line formed and started it
all...
Our "orders" were to block the road, so that's what we did.
They started at a random point, with no provocation.
In fact it was so random that lots of old hippie ladys were
trapped in the first attack, so we took them out...
There was no body to body fight (thank god), so it was more
of a we stay here, you stay there. Throw all u have.

After seven hours, there was no tactical reason to have the
road closed, so we went back to the camping...

And about helpers, yeah, it was fuckin' nice. There was also
a legal team. Lawyers from all the globe. You went to their
tent, and thry gave advice. Also gave you their number
(written in your body) in case u got cought...
