hi

i need to record some telephone conversations, to allow
playback live however the quality is poo

ive tried recording from sype using cool edit, i though no
quality would be lost

ive tried digital recording from telephone line

ive tried mini disc

all shit quality

any ideas on a budget

skype sounds like the solution to me

weird shit:
i once got shitloads of cassettes from a paranoid woman who
recorded all her telephone calls to prove somehing...

i never listened to that freak show though and recorded them
with music.

before anyone asks stupid questions: i havent got them from
the sick woman herself of course

uh you can probably buy some tape recorder md or whatever
for this use at radioshack or similar stores. ore use
software for calls.

i have a gentner wired into an old mixer, yes audio on the
phone lines is shit, but with this set-up i have it's as
clean as it gets...

i'm assuming you're using a landline and not a cell, i'm
still trying to figure out how to record cellphone
conversations.
