be patient with my ignorance...is untitled available only
on vynil format or is it available as a single as well?

record ... player ... ?

haha, I have lots of vinyl-only releases, but they've all
been copied to CD over the years, I'm too lazy to properly
care for records.

Yeah! It's not too tough. I use Coaster on the Mac to record
the whole album through audio-in, then any WAV editor to
separate the tracks. Then burn the WAVs to CD. A lot of WAV
editors will even remove the clicks and pops for you. I have
some rare records that I'd rather not play except on special
occasions. :)

I hope untitled is worth the money. It's going to cost $17
bucks canadian for that one song. I also have to buy a
record player to listen to it.

You're totally mad to buy a record player to listen to
something you haven't heard yet. Unless you were planning to
buy one anyway.

umm nope... I ordered the record, now I'm buying a record
player to listen to it. by the way I'm a mad squarepusher
fan.

in my lil opinion, it's a great song. but if you're unsure
on buying a 17 dollar record for one track, just download
it. last time i checked it was on audiogalaxy (squarepusher
- untitled (wap155) or something).

i reccomend getting the vinyl too. vinyl destroys mp3
quality ANY day (cd too).

it's a great track, indeed — but $17 just for one
less-than-5-minutes track? he could at least have put some
remixes in it... it seems to me like he didn't want to go
any further in that style/or failed to go any further?

it's like NIN's perfect drug — a very special NIN song, no
other NIN ressembling to it. but at least trent had some
people remixing it, he didn't sold the single track as an
official release.

don't get me wrong, i love squarepusher — but i think he
was wrong to release this track this way.

(or maybe his idea was to make a track so good that it would
be as worth buying as a complete album? who knows... maybe,
but i doubt it...)

dont pay such a price for that track. you can find it for a
lot cheaper, especially in ottawa.
