reguarding an ipod. when you hook it up to your computer to add songs the ipod screne says "do not disconect" mine got knocked out... now the screen is ffrozen and I am sad |

Not sure what to tell you. I find it weird though, because it'll say do not disconnect, but that never changes even when all the songs are copied over and everything is charged up |

Use the iPod updater to reset it. You will loose all the tracks that were on it though... |

If the iPod got jammed which it seems like, you have to wait till the battery runs out of power. The hook it up again. |
