cool...
this is alright. im not a huge fan of Plaid but if you watch the DVD it works really well. listening to the CD alone is a bit underwhelming but it is the best thing theyve done for a while.

Some tracks which i would right off as pointless wankery I can let off because I assume the DVD would make some sense of them, namely the first two and the Super Barrio end credits track. But the rest of it I really like, Super Positions and To are favourites, I've listened to it a lot recently.

Super Postions is classic plaid. like indeksical said it is a bit underwhelming on cd. It is obvious a different to skill/process to produce VJ work.
There is a interview with plaid in this podcast if you are interested.

The biggest disappointment in 2006 for me. The launching of bigface, Super Positions and To are decent stuff. The rest is no good at all, imo.

Ya, I thought this would suck but I found a copy of it the other day and put it on while I was working. It really worked out. It was nice to have on in the background and didn't demand complete booty shaking attention like most Plaid grooves. I can see how it would work well with video.

It's got some great stuff and works well with the visuals. I also loved Double Figure and Spokes. Plaid are highly underrated imho.
