To keep my mind of all the fucked up things in my life right now, i dediced to try and create a sandwich. I just put things in, that i like, and that i know are healthy. It was risky, but i ended up with a brilliant one!!!
Take som good bread (not white) Peanut butter Cheese (low fat) Chicken slices Lettuce Avocado (with some salt on) Tomato
It sounds fucked up, but it's really good!

tabasco is my personal favorite hot sauce - i've tried a lot: encona, blue dragon, weird one-off one's you get from street markets, but i find that tabasco has by far the nicest flavour and is also one of the hottest available. don't get that extra-hot tabasco though - there's just no need.....

The idea behind the sandwich, is to make a sandwich that's fat, yet healthy. All the fat in this sandwich is good fat. Avocado and nuts (peanut butter... it has to be pure peanut butter!) is not unhealthy. + lots of green stuff wich is healthy, and chicken slices (might use turkey or whatever) wich is also healthy.
So it's not bad for you kids!

I try to follow the non processed food guideline as well. As much as i can.
Generally, just lots of vegetables, good meat (protiene in general), rye bread, and lots of water. No alcohol or soda. Try to eat many times a day.
I've recently become a lot slimmer because of this. I was "normal" before, but now i'm pretty decent looking actually.

It's not like i'm some kind of relegious freak. It's just really fattening. I smoke some hash from time to time (wich actually sets your metabolism up)
I try to keep at it at maximum of 2 drinks at a party, and it's always red wine (wich is supposedly pretty healthy).
Mind you, i used to have 20. It was sort of becoming a problem for me, as i would sometimes get drunk with myself alone in front of the computer. I was both an everyday drinker, and a binge drinker.
After i quit doing that, and doing some exercise instead, i feel great. Full of energy. 30 pushups instead of a drink is my new policy!

tobasco's the hottest thing you can find? wow, the UK must actually have it's spicyness priorities straight. Flavor over actual hotness, that's what I always say.
In the US you can find, quite easily, at least 5 hotsauces in every grocery store that are so hot they completely ruin the chance that you'll enjoy eating whatever it is you put that poison on. Granted, there are people with higher thresholds of pain out there who might enjoy such sauces.

re: Tabasco comments - Tabasco's not the hottest thing available in the UK - there are a plethora of hot sauces available. I was just saying that after trying all of them - i've come back to Tabasco as my favorite.
Yes, the Tabasco extra-hot is really extra-hot and IMO not worth the loss of flavour compared to original Tabasco.
And yes KEN, Mango Chutney and Cheddar is a fucking fantastic sandwich. I think there were some crisps that were this flavour a few years ago......i might have dreamed it though.....

Oh, I'm not suggesting Tobasco is spicy, just that I would choose it over spicier sauces because I put hot sauce on food for flavor, not heat. :)
