o well fasten your seatbelts:

it's some guitar, some bass, some drums and some synth stuff
+ voice stitched together into a handful of melancholic
indiepop songs. FUCKING SURPRISE!

nice for riding a bicycle, too boring for actually listening
to it.

[/end review]

elevators" though.

It's wallpaper music which is okay. Middle of the road, not
poppy enough to make them not be newsagents in their former
years.

Air is the sound my ears crave after, after a noisy day.
I'm not sure if it's great music, but it definately great at
what it do. Premier Symptomes is incredibly lush and some
of what comes after surpasses even that. First Air memory
is of a stuffed monkey floating in space; now i like even
that!

i never thought i'd say this about air, but this one is just
dull..wtf are they doing?? that music for charlotte was
dull, that darkel album was even worse and this new one tops
it all. and they're one of my favourite bands..christ

i listened to it a couple of times now..i wish these were
just left overs from think thank, though it's a little
better than i initially thought. i mean, all their other
albums seemed much more exciting on the first listen..

i'd love to like air, it seems to be nice music.... if it
just wasn't so boring.... i feel the urge to not listen to
pocket symphony again, oh what a pity. sad world. so sad.

Been listening to this a lot for the past few days and
already love it! Napalm Love and Once Upon A Time are so
good. Everything is quickly growing on me.

I really enjoy moon safari and 10'000 hertz legend. I
stopped paying attention after that. Oh, i really do enjoy
some of the stuff on the virgin suicides sountrack...

theyre very good live. although the lispyness of the one
guys voice really comes through. i was expecting them to
have at least a few people helping them out to get the tunes
out in a live setting but it was just them and it was
remarkable seeing how much noise two men can make.

this isnt a very good review.

but then again, most of you people dissing air seem to think
that venetian snares is something of a genius, which is an
utterly bollocks idea.

I love 10 000 Hz Legend. I'm gonna dl illegally for free the
new album leak as soon as I find it then purchase the album
with money if it's good. Whoa.

just listened to pocket symphony for the first time this
morning on the bus to campus, and i gotta say im not very
impressed.

im a huge fan of moon safari and 10,000 hz legend (talkie
walkie was good, not great imo). pocket symphony is a lot
more boring.

it lacks the eerie, claustrophobic atmosphere that 10,000 hz
and talkie walkie thrived on, and ends up sounding like air
on muscle relaxants. napalm love is the only track which
really grabbed me.

granted, this was only the first listen and im feeling
simialr about this as i did when i first listened to
campfire headphase, which after a couple months i realized i
loved. but as was inevitable with boc, air seem to have lost
the slight bit of edge and are mellowing out (if one had
thought such was possible for either band).
