I have an AKG240s and they are the fucking amazingness, so to extrapolate I say YES they are good. |

According to this they have good sound but they need a good amplifier because they are 120 ohm. So beware if you want to use them with portable devices... |

i have them but don't recommend them for the reason melack states, they lack a bit of bass just always try headphones out, preferably on a set similar to yours (i tried them on a too good a set and was in a hurry) |
