I've got an outdated paypal account assigned with ebay. How
do i change it to my updated paypal account? I got caught
chasing verifycation e-mail after verification e-mail to old
yahoo accnts. yesterday, to no avail.

I've found out what's up...

when one starts an auction, the option to set the payment
recieving paypal e-mail address, is present.

the option isn't in the myebay options.
