it's not an anagram, it's actually a common thing in tango's vocabulary to write the syllabs of a word backwards. it's more or less the old buenos aires slang. like zabeca for cabeza etc.

Ohh, there you go, I never knew that. I read about something similar but I think it was some sort of prison slang. I just assumed it was to make learning spanish even harder for foreigners.
