"Penis puppet" features some nice poetic alliteration but at the expense of being a little more phonetically clumsy sounding and having an extra syllable. I think "dick puppet" is the better insult; it does exactly what it should do, no more and no less.

"twatface" wins in all situations though, hands-down.

I'm liking the portmanteau "manwipe" lately. It has heavy fecal and homoerotic overtones without literally stating anything.

Dick Puppet is soft. I could call my grandma a Dick Puppet and she'd go about her knitting like it was nothing.
Try calling your grandma a Stupid Fuck though. See how that works out.

why insult someone with silly harmless words when you can wave a handgun at them?

only I'm not sure if it qualifies as a portmanteau since both the sub words are still whole words. Such as qrtonna instead of qrtermadonna. Unless it was of 'manatee' and 'asswipe'.
