wtf/lol

i can barely believe i'm seeing this. is this for real?

if not then wow, impressionable beings are fucking insane

LOL great find.

I love the bit at 50%

They are not actors. This is very interesting from a
psychological perspective, as whats happening here is
classic hypnosis / NLP.

I can tell this from the first bit when he keeps mentioning
'being drunk, acting like they were drunks' etc and
delivering it in a slow and confused manner, making the
audience more suggestable. It makes people imagine being
drunk and slowly the laughing etc. This has a snowball
effect until everyone is in such a high state of ecstacy
they dont know whats going on, and they genuinley feel
drunk.

I would have loved to have seen more of what he said to them
at the beginning to put them in such a suggestable state,
and they obviously all respect him for some reason and are
trying to be like / liked by him

but yeah its pretty scary

Why do I get the feeling that if he told them to go kill any
non believers they'd do it?

look at the way he knocks them all back with just a swift
movement, as a jedi might do it. it's fascinating

music is magical just like this stuff is ,, i dont think its
just 'the power of suggestion' or 'hyponotism' , sure theres
mechanics that are behind providing the stimulus, but i
think it has to do with a lot more than just the stimulus ,
more going on behind the scenes that humans can't observe.
my 2 cents...

the potential of a gathering brought to an emotional
threshold, i find it interesting.

its as if the turning point is converged through a
collective belief. i guess that wouldnt need to be religious
either, but that would be especially potent as it is backed
by default with convicition.

finally the focus is brought to a simple/single ideal, and
the group begins to share a consciousness.

the sinister minister is more like the Emporer rather than a
Jedi. He cackles like him and that bit when he goes on about
the manifestation in Illinois and then makes them dance and
have fits is well creepy.

Has anyone been hypnotised? I'd love to be hypnotised but
don't think I'd be susceptible. I saw Derren Brown live once
and he touched this girl on her neck and she collapsed in
his arms. I need those kind of powers...
