i guess someone making a remix isn't thinking about making a
track better.

at least i don't

right, there's quite a number of healers using music to heal
people..there are books about it on what effects it has on
people. i think classic music is considered to be best for
this, also some heal through sessions where they play
instruments themselves..

but reallay, for me the point of remixing is when you feel
you can improve something. you can do it for fun, as a joke,
but that's another thing.

but then again, as example (push chairs for grown ups
remixes)...
I don't think all the artists remixed it to try and make it
better, its just interesting different touches from
different artists. Try and put their touch into a specific
tune they appreciated.

these really arent remixes, they are mashups of autechres
untilted VS old autechre (incunabula, amber, anti, tri
repeate)

Oh fuck yes!!!
But this is the guy who "reversed engineered" a lot of the
Ae stuff.

These are actually terrible. The first one wrecks LCC.

the only track remotely interesting is the Iera/Djarum
mash-up. it sounds like a new track. the others are more
like two tracks played at the same time, which don't match
well together. read: they're just annoying.
