So, there has been massive flooding in two of vancouvers
water reserviours, accompanied by mudslides and other
calamity. We don't got no drinking water anymore. It looks
like dr pepper comming out of the taps. Not good new for a
coffee addict like myself. My girlfriend and I just spent
the last hour boiling enough water to do the dishes safely,
and I am going through withdrawl for coffee (I am melting
ice to make coffee with). So how is everybody elses friday.

It sounds kind of stupid to say, but you don't realize what
how dependant you are on water untill you keep on going
about the house thinking "I'm going to go do that... no
wait, no water" over and over again.

All the bottled water in the stores are sold out. Its the
kind of thing you would expect from a third world country.

It almost sounds arogant to say all that. Its like having
your thumbs tied to your hand so you can't use them.

I had no power for two days. Water's still a bit mucky, even
though they gave the go ahead.
