Well 'Bytes' and 'Spanners' are awesome records, but the
plaid guys were part of them. Ken Downie on his own hasn't
been exactly brilliant, but there were some great tracks on
the first "solo" Black Dog, 'Music for adverts..'

The split hasn't exactly gained any of them. Plaid are shit,
IMHO :)
