Im still confused on the specifics. Ask me a question about adoption in america, and I will try to answer you the best I can.

i wasn't thinking about america in particular there..it was more of a joke, sorry. the thing about adoptions is that i have this impression it's often more important how financially stable a couple is or a bunch of other irrelevant stuff..it's hard to define when someone is suitable for adopting i guess..it probably has to do much with how much love one is capable to show for the adopted kid..but how do you measure that..

"..it probably has to do much with how much love one is capable to show for the adopted kid"
i think you already said it, im sure if you ask any child who needs to be adopted, he would rather be adopted by a poor family that loves him/her than be shuffeled around from foster home to foster home
laura and I make enough money to get by, we have nice things, but dont have a 2007 car, or a huge ass house, we have talked about making a brother/sister for Braeden and adopting another child
there are millions of childen who dont have a mommy/daddy, its sad
we have been talkig about it for years, not just recently cause of the j-lo, madonna thing in the press
--peace and love--

Adoption is the way to go. I want to adopt a kid one day, it just seems like a good thing to do and could add so much joy to life. Then again, I've never been a parent so this is a totally naive confession I'm sure.

My brothers girlfriend wants to do that too... i don't know what to say about it. I havent talked to my brother about it, but i think he's kinda spooked about the whole deal.
But shit, it goes to show that you are a kind and thoughtful person.

If I'd adopted that kid I would've sold his drum kit and made him work in a mine instead ;D
