was thinking of getting a portable cd player for listening to cd's at home and you can get them for real cheap these days, this one is just £5!
thing is i have an ipod mini at the moment, and all my tracks are ripped at 360kbps, I have a portable amp and high end grado headphones, would i notice any difference between using the portable cd player and compressed mp3's on my ipod?
Not sure if its worth getting a portable cd player with already having an ipod...
to buy or not to buy

they have had portable cd players, that play cds and cd-rs, get on of those to play your tunes
the technology is enough now, that if you dont fall down 10 stairs, it shouldnt skip, you can run/jog/bike and such w/no problems
