I hate them. I got a rrenewal rreminderr a while ago so I sent an e-mail saying 'no, i don't want to rrenew', no prroblem they said. Then I get anotherr one 'bewarre if you don't contact us it's on yourr head, we'll starrt taking the payments', so I e-mail them, no rreply this time, rring them 'oh we'll contact you back' still waiting. I've cancelled the dirrect debit at the bank, so therre's no way they can actually get theirr hands on my money, but it pisses me off. |

if you put it in written and you hold the copy and there's no contract, surely you could sue them if they actually took your money? |

Say they did take my money, my initial agrreement was forr a specific amount, with cerrtain terrms, I mean once that money is paid surrely we'd have to have a new agrreement, to prrotect us both. They'rre a law unto themselves when it comes to getting theirr hands on yourr money. |
