yeah im aware of that album. they run kalimbas through distortion. i dig the album - but im not losing my shit over it. oh - which african sample was that? the gamelan record [indonesia] or the indian belly dancing record [from india] and the crappy snares are lifted from kraftwerk. so id take it up w/them. go back to the kids table and let the adults talk, please. and wipe that mustard off your shirt. |

yes CLEARLY that is what im saying. [?!] somebody was talking about replacing my crappy african loops (there were no african loops) and crappy snare sound (from a kraftwerk drumbank) and i just wanted to point out that they have no idea what they are talking about...sorta like you, mr moderator sir. bc - unless im doing remixes. theres over 200 tracks there - and probably about 2% of them have samples of any sort. in fact, im quite certain you use more samples than i do. by far. so im not sure what the hang up is... so i look forward to the reply that says: SO WHAT YOURE SAYING IS - YOU HATE PEOPLE W AFROS. [or some other biazarrity that has nothing to do w/ what im talking about] |
