I like the idea and their hearts are in the right place, but
Goldenye can't really be done justice by the Source engine.
It can only be done justice through the blood, sweat and
tears of 4 dudes with N64 controllers. Still a heartwarming
effort.

And you know what really pisses me off... because of legal
crap, we won't see Goldeneye on Xbox Live Arcade OR the
Nintendo Virtual Console. It's one of the saddest video game
stories ever.

Was it really going that badly?

Also didn't realise it was alpha. For some reason i thought
it was going to be a proper port of the game but it seems to
be only multiplayer. Maybe things have changed. I lost
interest quickly.

Shit. I think there was another guy remaking Chrono Trigger
in 3D, and he too killed himself.

Unless... Squaresoft and Rare were... nah...
