i've had it a few times and the first i didn't know what it
was, but i didn't attribute it to aliens... i just thought i

I have it every now and again. The first few times it
happened it scared the hell out of me, I was only a kid.
When it happens now it is still unpleasent but I know now
that it will stop. Time seems to slow down and if I can see
a clock from where I am lying I always find that is worse so
I never have a clock that I can see from where I am
sleeping. The feeling of someone kneeling on my chest or
people standing over me I think is just my mind playing
tricks on me.
