On an average how many hours do you rest?
I get about 5-6....
I think I'm just a night-owl

I feel best off 5-7 hours in a regular pattern, but without
an alarm I'll easily sleep 10 hours. dont sleep too much
kids, you feel more tired!

During these nights I'm sleeping just a few hours, something
like five or six. That's not very good because I end up to
sleep all day. Anyway I usually sleep 8/9 hours, as you can
see, a lot.

if i could sleep just 4 hours and wake up fresh it would be
perfect. there's so much to do, so much music to hear and
make. sleep is a great loss of time. the guy who designed
humans screwed that function up.

nabomber; and the result of sleep deprivation is pretty much
summed up in your avatar.

And yes, he looks like he's been a heroin addict for a good
50 years.

an unbroken sleep of 7 hours is the bare minimum a body
should have, every night.

not all bodys are the same.
thet's just the average body.
if I sleep more than 6 hours I stay all next day in a weird
autistic limbo.

I sleep between 5 and 6 hours... I get up at 5:30 in the
morning and come home from work between 4:00 and 4:30...
it's a fucking rat race. I'm most tired between lunch and
the end of the working hours... at 10:00 in the evening I
start to really wake up and I don't feel like going to bed
at all....but I have to... I love to stay up all night and
sleep all day. I used to do that for years.. I miss it..

I sleep 5-6 typically and then have a big 10 hour orgy of
sleep occasionally to make up for the lost time.
