Just wondering if anyone has heard these fantastic ambient
releases?

Its Geir Jenssen (Biosphere) and Pete Namlook, this is dark
ambient, and its totally classic stuff. The first release on
CD was limited to 500 copies, and goes for a high price on
ebay (about 160 dollars US).

You can get the rerelease in (from 1994) for regular prices
though (around 25 dollars). I highly reccomend it, atleast
downloading it... .I had to buy this stuff though, so good.

Get it. Check it out. Classic ambient.

I agree.
Although not all of it is dark. "In Heaven" and "Sky Lounge"
on Fires of Ork 2 sound very soothing and light, unlike some
of the later biosphere albums which I like in a different
way

Yeah thats true, I dont own the 2nd one yet.. im looking for
it though.

It doesnt have to be dark to be good. But this is defenitly
a good series.

I can only second these comments, and say that I've got a
copy of FOO2 for sale at the right price ;-)

how much is the right price? is it through a site or just
