Boomkat

I used to visit this site all the time, now i've realised
how wonderful it is. I absolutely love it. I also like how
they are positive about everything, i think that encourages
people to listen to the samples and make up their own
opinions, rather than pitchfork just damning things off the
first bat (although i do like Pitchfork, too).

Plus, 'making sex', lolocoaster

Their marketing strategy seem to work.

Boomkat is nice indeed, they are quick too.

you have to take their reviews for what they are, but at
least theyve listened to it and said something. what annoys
me about boomkat is that there are loads of items listed
which are not available

Well, they are a shop afterall so its in their best interest
to sell the stuff. But the samples are there, so you just
make up your own mind. Simple really, and the service is
excellent.

It's a very good shop indeed. And it would be stupid for
them to bash the releases they are selling. I've been using
boomkat for a few years now and the service has been
excellent.

They are not a reviews site like Pitchfork!
It's a fucking online catalog!
You wouldn't get the IKEA catalog advertising new "mediocre"
chairs, stating that they "probably have some parts
missing".
It's a good place to order music from, but they are trying
to sell you stuff, NOT review it.

Are you all clear on that now?

With his 'XXX' series firmly installed in the annals of
fanboy fetishism,

which series is boomkat talking about here?
