Would this sort of thing work live?

Too heavy on bass at the moment and melody and beats will be
fixed up and repeated a bit more but there should be enough
there to get a feeling.

Cheers.

Why can I not download this, have you shifted it already?

I mistyped the filename in the link, so I've just renamed
the file on the server. :)

That's better. The bass actually attacked me, it leaped out
of my headphones and kicked me in the throat. I liked the
kind of Moomin , plaintive warbles. I also like the
crunchiness that I have heard in your work of late. I think
it would be a good sound in a live environment.

If I wanted to check if a song would work live I would
simply distort it a bit (more) and add background crowd
noise.

I would say yes.

Although like a couple of tents at Glade. It needs to be
louder :P

Cheers for listening. I considered doing what you suggested
about the crowd noise and stuff but I wasn't sure if it
would be a good way of checking.

I even considered what it would sound like at Glade by
lowering the volume down and adding the soundtrack of seven
simultanious conversations.

I tried it...it didn't sound too good. I need to learn how
to master shite, although the speakers I tried it through
weren't brilliant.

I think it would work, at least if you have an ok PA. You
can just EQ on your mixer live if some frequencies dont work
out.

I think that'd make for a good live track. I can definitely
imagine dancing to that bass. It sounds kind of like live
autechre. I would love to hear some exploding drum and bass
shit on top of what you've already got, but still keeping
that tribal sound it has.

Some of the better stuff i've heard from you. Still.....
where is it going? Try putting in some melody. Would fit
nicely

I guess it would be cool live
