the rose has teeth in the mouth of a beast by matmos might be my favourite so far...
the other ones i've heard are drum's not dead by liars, rather ripped by sonic youth, peeping tom, waltzing for aeons by no opera, touch three by phill niblock, color wheel by growing, 10,000 days by tool, throttle furniture by clark and i've just heard the beginning of the eraser by thom yorke.

Probably Burial for me. I don't actually listen to many albums in their entirety since I normally get bored before they finish, but this has worked for me. And i'm not a dubstep/grime fan either, so they obviously did something right.

I'm sort of behind schedule with a backlog but I got a great CD from Strangefortune the other day, Procer Veneficus- Ghostvoices. Nice spooky stuff. The new TV on the Radio is good too.
All the stuff I'm really looking forward to is still on the way though, I expect the new Mastodon album will be my AOTY, or Freescha.
