It involves hair care products and extensive preening whilst being overly enthusiastic in chasing underage girls for sex.

As for what that cunt said. It's been well documented now what he said. Don't ignore it. Materazzi is a fucking cunt who deserved more than a headbutt to the chest.

i wish instead of Zidane being forced to give up his title, it was italy that was forced to give up their own title.
think about it,
it's been said that it's racism that's killing the world cup. it's not masters of football that're killing it. sure, what Zidane did wasn't the best thing to do, but it's 100% understandable and anyone who fails to understand it is just embracing ignorance.

its been well documented? we have facts?
Where? There have been rumors. There has been speculation... but no FACTS. If there were facts, then the articles on all the news papers would be "Materazzi said *blank*" instead of "whyd Zidane do it?"
Theres only 2 people who really know what was said, and its Zidane and Materazzi. And unless they both come out and say what was said, we can't be sure. (what if Zidane says it was one thing, and Materazzi says its another? Theres no way to prove without a doubt who is lying)

And you're reading what? The american newspapers? Yeah, I'm sure they'd be investigating what materazzi said to zidane if it were possible, instead of focusing on what zidane did, because "soccer" is oh-so-popular over there.

online news pages. bbc included. I dont see any articles ANYWHERE that say, officially, what was said, as a fact.
please point me to one that does. I'm curious. Every article I've read has said its all speculations and rumors.

zidane just gave comment on canal plus.
he said he wants to apologize to everyone, especially children but he doesn't regret what he's done. he said materazzi kept saying bad stuff about his mother and sister and he finally had enough of it.

materazzi said a few things about what went on but he didn't want to repeat the words he used. so now think what you like.

Zidane does not seek excuses… Person interviewed Wednesday by Michel Denisot on the antenna of Channel, Zinédine Zidane agreed to reconsider his asséné blow of head to the Italian defender Marco Materazzi at the time of the finale of the World cup lost (1-1, 5-3 with the t.a.b.) by the Blue ones vis-a-vis Squadra Azzurra. If it qualifies its gesture of “inexcusable” and if it asks the children, with the teachers and with all those which saw this scene to however excuse it because “it is not tolerable” on a ground, the leader of tricolour play refuses to express regrets: “I cannot regret my gesture because that would like to say that what he (Materazzi) said is true. I cannot, I cannot…” Without pronouncing the exact words marked by the Italian, Zidane confirmed that this one had insulted his/her mother and her sister.
