can someone explain to me what all the "drawing cards" is
about?

granted i dont/haven't watched much futball, but i obviously
watched some matches once the world cup started.

a player would go down, grab his knee, start acting like he
got really hurt; no card would come out and the lpayer would
get back up like nothing happened.

has this just become a problem recently? is it this bad
during the regular seasons? what gives... it's worse than
ive seen in any other sport

This world cup was the worst I've seen. too many games were
won by cheats. I can't explain the way it is now elusive,
it's rubbish.

This was the 'world cup' though. It's like Ae doing a rave
stab chord thing and repeating it for a few minutes or aphex
playing his digeridoo 'till his spittle was ended. I think
Zidane is great!

making more money, yay!

notice how there arent any night stages on WRC anymore?
hmm, im sure there's many reasons, but could one be that you
can't see advertisements at night?

lol

'irriducibile' means 'irriducible' or 'unshakeable' from my
dictionary.

fortunately not all italian supporters are like these bunch
of fucker racists.

"We don’t know with iron certainty what Materazzi
said,
but if it turns out to be more of the anti-Black,
anti-Muslim, garbage that has infected soccer like a
virus, the Italian team should forfeit the cup. They
should voluntarily give the greatest trophy of them
all back to FIFA as a statement that some things in
this world are more important than sports. Racism will
be the death of soccer if things don’t change. Italy
can set the sport back on course, with one simple,
stunning gesture. Give the damn thing back.
"

Seconded

The mentality of the Italian player is to do almost
anything in order to gain an advantage - pulling shirts,
diving, trying to get a player sent off or winding an
opponent up is all part and parcel of the game.

now i get it

think everything is nice and shiny when in fact it isn't.

Games were won more by cheats than honesty that is true. But
also there was the case of the certain referee who gave out
three yellow cards to the same player etc... Something was
wrong all round I think.

yea i don't know what this is about
but those french piss me off, because generally they put all
the blame on that italian dude
it reminds me off the collective crying of france over that
lousy sportsman virenque (indurain could have easily taken
the climbing sweater as well) when he was suspended for
using dope. granted, prolly alot more cyclers probably were
using in retrospect, but that doesn't mean virenque wasn't
guilty!!!

Crying over sport is what makes it a sport. The more crying
from the fans the better.

And I find it hard to believe that dope could be beneficial
in any way for a sport... except for pain relief maybe...
