Rem Koolhaas is my favorite contemporary architect.

This building is pretty cool, too.

i love architecture, used to have a serious obsession and
was my original major in college

my all-time favorite building is actually right in my town,
less than a 5 minute drive away, dallas city hall

it looks fucking awesome doesn't it? kicks the shit out of
the guggenheim.

that looks pretty nice. all the town halls over here are
just 19th century office buildings, so boring!

nice
looks like some of the airports in the Persian Gulf states -
really modern-looking, with lines of trees and loads of
glass, curved roofs. look great.

nice how they put that plant there to show the scale! that
thing probably is like a giant heater/device when the sun's
out tho. you wouldn't see one of those in texas ever

Santiago Calatrava is a great architect. I live 3 blocks away
from that art museum. What I find really interesting about
the M.A.M is that it has wings like a bird which flap
up and down.

IM Pei who designed dallas' city hall also did the johnson
museum of art in NY,

i want it to be my house.

i seriously would love to live in that building...

his design for the national center for atmospheric research
in boulder, colorado is one of my favorites as well. looks
very sci-fi, very off-this-planet. id love to own the
building and just live there. turn it into an inhabitable
household

this one

looks orgasmic, i just want to BE there

good skyview

that building is very sciew spioc/cicada/five from gescom
... really just want to go there and, like, live there and
make music and just LIVE. such an orgasmic looking building
to look at, it's perfect. im gonna visit it one day. if i
was walking around and they had one of those tracks blasting
i'd prolly just, die.

This one's interesting as well. Especially if you take a
look at the section about construction - it's amazing how
much money has been spent on this.

yeah, that was about 10 years overdue and 10 times
overbudget. and apparently the scot MPs don't like it.

That is one awesome looking building!

I wish it was ilegal to build boring looking buildings.
Police would storm construction sites and stuff .
