Does anyone know if any of the tracks on Chosen Lords are altered versions of those found on the Analord series? I have heard that Fenix Funk 5 is different on Chosen Lords than it is on Analord 10. Is that true?

no, they're all the same as the vinyl.
slightly different sound (i can only notice it at times (due to the mastering? i dunno)). but the tracks are the same . if you have the vinyls, no need to buy the cd unless you want to (i did).
the mastering on the analord 10 tracks are something else though.
i can keep turning it up louder and louder in my car and it never distorts? wtf. ... it's strange.

"altered"? as elusive said - the sound on the CD is different due to mastering, but the tracks are the same. ( I myself find the CD quite harsh in sound, the vinyls are a lot nicer to my ears...)

it's all about the sound and extremely detailed subtle changes that you can only notice if you slow down tracks by 50% and play them on high frequency speakers. makes all the difference and everyone whould get this album!

It must be distressing to know that you've never heard Aphex Twin music as it should be heard.
That is, inside Dicky's brain. In a sound proof chamber. Under the influence of drugs. Whilst counting money.

there's a secret track on the CD if you rewind from track 01 called "wwelshcornishvicky", which lasts for 2 hours and brings in the best acid lines ever created.

No, it isn't remixed at all. But as it's been said, there are some elements to some tracks that you can hear more clearly on the CD.
