The best part, I was playing at Highlight2 and just wasn't doing it well at all. Shamus starts booing me and stuff, i was just mixing like shit. So there I'm all messed cause of it. But then, I turned it around and schooled him with some bad ass mixing! It was sweet, it was priceless. Playing techno like how I was raised on it! The history behind all this is, I boo bad mixes by any dj. Famous or not. BUT I'll also be the first guy whoopin it up if its a good track or a wikkd mix! But it seems that some dj's and promoters don't like that kind of stuff and it's gotten me into more trouble then I can explain. At any rate, its' been nice to break them down with dj'ing thas been PROPPER! |

be envious? how so..... it's so easy to do... just a couple of drum machines and some gear. lots of hardware etc.... but thats a whole other story... BUT... if you wanna hear it and be envious... I did a little video awhile back that is pure me noodling around. It's what started me doing the whole podcast thing..... Oh and of course it's very Detroit....... That's my favorite city..... Toronto is close enough that I've had the luck to be able to visit it over the years..... and it's always been tons of fun. |
