..se, please, please, please, please, ple...

can you make the text box wider!! these long URLs cause "br"
between my A and my HREF!!!

PS i've been wondering what your MB layout looks like? is it
just the same as ours or different?

i was thinking that you could change the colors of the names
too. red (like they are now) if they're logged in and some
other color if they're gone, but have a topic or post on the
board. that way you don't have to look down the list on the
side for their name. you could just look at their topic or
post and tell if they're here or not. it would just be an
easier way to tell if a poster or topic starter is still
around.

It has nothing to do with the input box. Write the links
using regular HTML a href tags and it'll be fine.

Everyone should also randomly classified as either "autobot"
or "deceptikon", heh heh.

i did a view source on my HTML, and here is the problem ---
if the A HREF.../A runs over to the next line, a BR is
introduced, which breaks up the code and stops it appearing
as a link...

...i still have no idea why sometimes my links appear in
blue with lines underneath them...certainly has nothing to
do with putting the URL in quote marks, because i have
always put them in quote marks...that may unfortunately
remain a mystery (i take it they should conforming to a
style sheet?)

i use IEv5.5

I actually don't think having a textbox that matches the
width of the actual posts output is a bad idea, makes
formatting posts very easy. Then again, you can always use
preview...
